Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property plans for the financier's personal tropical island among the images.

Additionally featured in this latest document release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had created plans to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing various parts of the property.

Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for dock shelters.

More images disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
