Software Enhancements

The Series 11 includes the latest watchOS, which runs on all models since the sixth generation and later.

High BP warnings look for signs of hypertension over a 30-day period, notifying you to seek medical advice if cardiac metrics shows possibility of undetected issues.

Updated sleep scoring makes Apple's sleep tracking easier to interpret, comparable to rivals including various manufacturers.

Every day the device displays a percentage score that is broken down in three sections: duration, bedtime and interruptions, all being straightforward and accessible through the wellness application on your smartphone too.

Workout buddy serves as automated guidance that uses your historical exercise information to deliver encouragement around exercise sessions, like detecting existing workout history multiple weekly exercises plus intensity measurement you achieved.
